The instructor has a two years background, between 2018-2019 as a DPO at Oradea Ambulatory Diagnostic and Treatment Center on thirteen counties. Because the institution it has only two years from its beginning, he has built the entire department and he has applied the GDPR on the entire network. He has experience in training employees on information and data protection in general and specific within the medical and legal institutions. From 2018 started the collaboration with CREFOP Foundation as a speaker on GDPR on a conference mend to raise awareness on the GDPR problematics on private and public sector. In subsidiary, since 2015 he lectures on „Security Management” at Agora University of Oradea and „Introduction in Cyber Security” at Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania within the International Relations and Security Studies Doctoral School. His 14 years of experience in IT&C and cybersecurity sets him as a practitioner and as an expert in the field of information security and data protection.
